Organization Structure

As a community mental health center, Counseling Services of Eastern Arkansas is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors representing each of the six counties we serve.

The Board of Directors employs the Executive Director for the organization, to oversee day to day operations of the center. The Mental Health Administrator and the Clinical Services Director assist the Executive Director with the supervision of services as well.
