Community Support Program

The Community Support Program takes a “proactive” stance in providing services and support that enables the persons served to live and work in the lease restrictive environment possible.  The basic philosophy of the program is that persons served can live successfully in a community setting if given the appropriate structure and support.  The major emphasis is improving the client’s adaptive skills.  The program serves a six county area and recognizes that each person and family has unique and differing needs.  To qualify, clients must be in the process of being served by outpatient services and a mental health professional must assess their eligibility for services.
