Results of this test will not be seen by anyone. If you would like to share this information with someone, we suggest you print these results and take them to your doctor or a qualified mental health professional. This test is a simple way to explore one aspect of your mental health. But, there is no line that neatly divides the mentally healthy from the unhealthy. There are many different degrees of mental health. No one characteristic by itself can be taken as evidence of good mental health, nor the lack of any one as evidence of a mental illness.
